Please read the following document containing the terms and conditions carefully before using CRM4Ecommerce.COM.

By purchasing any product on CRM4Ecommerce.COM, you agreed the following terms and conditions:

Copyright

  1. We are the every-rights holder with all of the products. All of products or each portion of those are a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law. Any activity that infringes terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current law. We reserve the right to revoke the serial key of any user who is holding an invalid serial key.
  2. You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.
  3. You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the product or documentation to anyone. You may not place our products on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.
  4. We reserve the right to publish a selected list of buyers of our products in anywhere.
  5. We will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
  6. We are not liable for prosecution arising from use of the product against law or for any illegal use.
  7. If you fail to use the products in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Serial key Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your serial key to use the program will be revoked.
  8. License agreement remains effective until we decide terminate it. We retain the right to terminate your serial key to use the product at any time, if in its sole discretion, you are not abiding by the terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, obscuring or removing any link or copyright notice as specified in this agreement. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the products. Termination of this Agreement does not bind us to return you the amount spent for purchase of the products.
  9. If you continue to use the product after CRM4Ecommerce.COM gives you notice of termination of your serial key, you hereby agree to accept an injunction to enjoin you from its further use and to pay all costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) to enforce our revocation of your license and any damages suffered by us because of your misuse of the products.

Payment

Payment for all products and services is made with creditcard through Paypal. All payments are made in USD. You will not receive your products or services until the payment has been received successfully.

Refunds

Although CRM4Ecommerce.COM is offering non-tangible irrevocable digital goods, you still can get a full refund if our product has errors or can't run all features as well as we introduced during 30 days after your purchased. And of course, all of your received serial keys that are related with refunded money will be revoked. You can submit a ticket with your order information by our ticket system to request refund. All refund requests after 30 days are not accepted. Please remember that we will not refund any fee you paid for installation and customization services.

Serial Key

With each purchased serial key, you can only install our product on only one store installation. In case you have a magento site with multi-domains, you need also only one serial key for installing our product on your site.

Upgrades

CRM4Ecommerce do upgrades regularly to add new requests from customers or make products work with newer version of Platforms. Customers purchased product from CRM4Ecommerce will get update for that product. Customers can download update from My downloadable products section after logged in. We also keep customers with update information by email newsletter monthly.

Support and Bug fixing

CRM4Ecommerce offers 6 months of free support for all customers purchased or use services from us. Customers are free to report any bugs experienced while using our products. We will try to fix the bugs at the earliest possible time. To report bugs or complain about our support, please use our Help Desk System.

When 01 year free support is ended, to get support and bug fixing service, you need to pay fee ($20 per support hour) for us.

These Terms and Conditions go into effect on 1st Nov 2011 and was updated on 2nd June 2015.
